PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber composite that has excellent adhesiveness with a wound site and a kit for preparing the same.SOLUTION: A fiber composite comprises a fiber structure 2 of a biocompatible polymer having an average fiber diameter of 0.1 to 10 μm, with a thickness of 10 to 200 μm, an average apparent density of 30 to 250 kg/m, and a contact angle of a water droplet on the fiber surface of 30 degrees or more, and a fibrin gel matrix 1. A kit for preparing a fiber composite comprises the fiber structure, fibrinogen, and thrombin. The fiber structure can be manufactured by electrospinning under specific conditions. |
