PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a panel for forming a ceiling face, an air conditioning unit, an air conditioning system, and a method of mounting the panel for forming the ceiling face, capable of simplifying a mounting work of the panel for forming the ceiling face, and eliminating the fear of separation of the panel for forming the ceiling face, from muntin members. SOLUTION: This mounting structure 4 includes a heat medium-type panel 20 having an inner hook 20b and an outer hook 20c, and a panel surface forming an indoor ceiling face, and horizontal muntins 420, 421 for mounting the heat medium-type panel 20 at their back side. The horizontal muntins 420, 421 have hook locking sections 420a, 421a for locking the inner hook 20b and the outer hook 20c, and the heat medium-type panel 20 is provided with spring force in the direction to lock the inner hook 20b and the outer hook 20c in the hook looking sections 420a, 421a, by springs 35, 37 for mounting the panel.
