An apparatus for controlling a zero-sequence current according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a zero-sequence current reference value generation unit for converting a first zero-sequence current reference value corresponding to a target current value, which is to be output to a system, into a second zero-sequence current reference value on a still coordinate; a zero-sequence current measurement value detection unit for sensing a first zero-sequence current measurement value corresponding to an actual current value output to the system in each sequence and converting the sensed first zero-sequence current measurement value into a second zero-sequence current measurement value on the still coordinate; a zero-sequence current conversion unit for passing the first zero-sequence current measurement value through a preset filter to convert the first zero-sequence current measurement value into a virtual current; a synchronous coordinate conversion unit for converting the second zero-sequence current reference value into a third zero-sequence current reference value on a synchronous coordinate, and converting the virtual current and the second zero-sequence current measurement value into a feedback current value on the synchronous coordinate; and an overcurrent control unit for controlling the third zero-sequence current reference value and the feedback current value to coincide with each other on the synchronous coordinate to control an excessive state of the zero-sequence current to be stabilized. According to the present invention, reliability of the system can be improved by reducing overshoots and vibrations in an excessive state. |
