The present invention relates to a double power generating apparatus to obtain power generated by a rotating force of a rotating bar and a force generated from a propeller provided to rotate the rotating bar, that is, to obtain double power through a rotating force of a rotating wheel by rotating the rotating wheel using a rearward air flow generated during a rotation of the rotating wheel. The double power generating apparatus comprises: a rotating bar with a specific length; a propeller installed at both ends in a length direction of the rotating bar to rotate the rotating bar on a central portion of the length of the rotating bar; a generator receiving a rotating force of the rotating bar rotated by the propeller via a rotating force transfer means and converting the rotating force into power; a rotating wheel installed outside a rotation radius of the rotating bar, wherein a plane level with a rotating plane of the rotating bar is formed inside the rotating wheel, and the rotating wheel is rotated by a force generated from the propeller in the opposite direction of a rotation direction of the rotating bar; and multiple applying plates installed on an inner circumferential surface of the rotating wheel at constant intervals such that the rotating wheel may be rotated by the said force. According to the present invention, energy can be efficiently used since primary power is obtained from the rotating force of the rotating bar and secondary power is obtained by rotating the rotating wheel using a rearward air flow generated during the rotation of the propeller rotating the rotating bar. |
