A floating type water treatment apparatus using separating film module comprises: a supporting case installed inside of a separating film tub; multiple separating modules installed at the supporting case; a dividing pipe for discharging filtered processing water by being connected to the separating film module; a inlet pipe connected to the dividing pipe; a pump unit for ejecting the processing water through an ejecting pipe by being installed at the inlet pipe; a buoyancy generating unit for generating and removing buoyancy for floating the supporting case by being expanded or shrunk due to air pressure by being installed on the outer periphery of the supporting case; and a supporting case floating unit comprising an air pressure supplying unit for supplying and discharging the air pressure by being connected to the buoyancy generating unit through a connection pipe. The water treatment apparatus can float the supporting case having the separating module as necessary for maintenance; and clean the separating in a dipped state b using drug in case the separating film module is contaminated.
