The present invention relates to a salt loading device to load salt collected from a salt pond on a carrier vehicle, and more specifically, to a salt loading device for a salt pond, which smoothly discharges saltwater during transport, wherein the saltwater is loaded together with salt. The salt loading device provided to load salt on a carrier vehicle moving along rails installed on an embankment of a salt pond comprises: a frame movable along the rails, having the carrier vehicle placed thereon; and a conveyor combined with one end of the frame and slantly installed on the bottom of the salt pond. The conveyor includes: an internal accommodation space unit; a housing having a slope formed on the rear of the accommodation space unit, which is upwardly inclined toward the frame; a drive shaft installed on the upper part of the accommodation space unit of the housing; a slave shaft installed on the lower end of the accommodation space unit of the housing; a belt rotatably connected to the drive and slave shafts; multiple scrappers protruding along the width of the belt, which are arranged along the width of the belt and spaced apart from each other; and a discharge unit formed on the lower end of the slope. The salt loading device is easily manufactured and used since the device has a simple structure provided with one conveyor loading salt collected from the salt pond and transferred by the carrier vehicle, and to facilitate a salt loading work to discharge the salt water contained in the salt using the discharge unit.
