<p>The plant has a filler device for filling ready-mix concrete into a concrete mixer vehicle and comprising a hopper (1). A funnel-shaped inner lining (5) is made of two-layered, cast polyurethane and interchangeably inserted into the hopper. Inner and outer polyurethane layers of the lining exhibit different strength properties i.e. abrasiveness, and are differently colored. The lining is provided with an overlapping edge area and formed from two half-funnel-shaped unwound flat two-layered molded bodies. The hopper comprises an upper conic ring portion (2) and a lower conic ring portion (3). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a funnel-shaped inner lining for a filler device of a ready-mix concrete plant.</p> |
