The objective of the present invention is to increase public relations and sales promotion of an apartment by guiding building construction information applied in an apartment construction site through multimedia contents and augmented reality in the time sequence or steps of model house installation, before commencing construction, during construction, and after completion of construction because an operation method of a construction project information promotion system using augmented reality recognizes a logo or a mark indicated in an apartment construction project site and then accesses to a corresponding server after checking a GPS coordinate information by a terminal. The operation method of the present invention has the advantage of increasing the effects of publicity and provide mass information related to the construction by enabling a user to experience proceeding construction state information in the same manner as in an actual site using augmented reality technology. The construction project information promotion system includes: a terminal which scans an image of the logo or the mark indicated in the construction site, and checks the GPS coordinate information by a satellite, and requests building construction information at one time selected among the past, present and future as an augmented reality content, and then checks the information; and a construction site augmented reality server connected to the terminal through a communication network, and provides and delivers surrounding images of the construction site, temporal construction proceeding images and building construction information as an augmented reality content of the selected time. |
