The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device which has an encapsulation substrate with a tilted side to prevent the film connected to a pad unit from being broken to enhance the reliability and is capable of implementing a narrow bezel. The organic light emitting diode display device includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting diode array which is formed on the substrate and is applied with a driving signal to drive the organic light emitting diode array; a pad unit; the encapsulation substrate formed to cover the organic light emitting diode array; and the film which is connected to the pad unit and has a driving chip mounted on a surface. At least one side surface of the encapsulation substrate is formed to be tilted.
