<p>According to one embodiment of the present invention, in a thin film transistor array substrate including pixel regions corresponding to a display region, the present invention provides a thin film transistor array which includes a common line which is formed on a substrate in a first direction; a gate insulating layer which covers the common line on the front surface of the substrate; a first and a second interlayer dielectric which are successively stacked on the gate insulating layer; a common contact hole which penetrates the first and the second interlayer dielectric and the gate insulating layer to expose a part of the common line; and a common electrode which corresponds to each pixel region on the second interlayer dielectric and is connected to the common line through the common contact hole. At this time, the common contact hole includes a first surface of the first direction; and a second lateral surface of a second direction which intersects with the first direction. The first lateral surface has a smooth slope compared to the second lateral surface.</p> |
