FOLDABLE SUNROOF APPARATUS

A disclosed foldable sunroof device by the present invention comprises a cover unit which selectively exposes a vehicle; a support unit which supports the cover unit to be folded in multiple layers; a driving unit which provides a driving force driving the support unit; and a locking unit which selectively restricts the movement of the driving unit and the support unit in a position of closing the vehicle by the cover unit. By the above configuration, the quality of opening and closing a sunroof is improved by restricting the abnormal movement of the driving unit and the support unit.
