An auto setting system of a vehicle for each driver includes a personal identification information unit, an identification information receiving unit, a memory unit, and a setting control unit. The personal identification information unit can be carried by the driver and stores identification information for identifying a user. The identification information receiving unit is arranged in the vehicle to wirelessly receive the identification information from the personal identification information unit. The memory unit is arranged in the vehicle to store initial setting information of the vehicle from all drivers who drive the vehicle. The setting control unit is arranged in the vehicle to be connected to all setting driving devices of the vehicle, and is connected to the identification information receiving unit and the memory unit to control the operation of the setting driving devices according to selected initial setting information while selecting initial setting information of the driver corresponding to the identification information among the initial setting information.
