Provided are a method for attaching a seed holder, and a method for growing a single crystal using a seed holder. According to the present invention, included are a step for forming a plurality of grooves having a predetermined size and shape on one side of a seed holder; a step for plastering an adhesive at a predetermined thickness onto the grooves and the side of the seed holder; and a step for attaching a seed to the seed holder using the adhesive.
