The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of carbon black for an additive for a capacitor and an electrode active material and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a carbon material capable of simultaneously implementing prevention of energy density reduction and improvement of power density by performing chemical activation on the surface of low-priced carbon black.
