The present invention relates to a capacitor with a nanopore and a manufacturing method thereof. The capacitor with the nanopore according to the present invention includes a metal sheet which includes a plurality of nanopores arranged on the upper and lower sides thereof, a metal oxide layer which is formed on the front of the metal sheet to be conformal, a plurality of conductive filling members which are formed on the metal oxide layer formed on the inner surface of the nanopore to be filled in each nanopore formed on the upper and lower sides of the metal sheet, and a pair of metal electrode layers which are formed on the exposure surfaces of the metal oxide layer and the conductive filling member to be electrically isolated from each other by being located on the upper and lower sides of the metal sheet. |
