Disclosed are a distribution board having a neutral line restoration function capable of preventing an overvoltage and notifying abnormality while maintaining a normal voltage when a neutral line is disconnected in a distribution board, and a method for controlling the same. The distribution board having a neutral line restoration function comprises a power supply device having a main circuit breaker and a distribution circuit breaker; and a neutral line restoration device for sensing disconnection of the neutral line mounted in the power supply device, connecting one terminal of an inductance to a neutral line for restoration when the disconnection of the neutral line is detected, preventing an overcurrent through the neutral line restoration, maintaining a normal voltage and notifying abnormality of the distribution board.
