PURPOSE: A software resale management system is provided to implement resale of software between a purchaser and other purchaser, thereby protecting rights and interests of a copyright holder and purchaser. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser terminal(200) provides personal information and desired software information to a guarantee authentication transaction confirmation server(100) when software is resold. A repurchaser terminal(300) provides personal information and desired software information of a repurchaser to the guarantee authentication transaction confirmation server and supplies a payment to a payment management server(400). When resale request information of the purchaser terminal is received, the guarantee authentication transaction confirmation server provides a resale price and an authentication number of the software to the repurchaser terminal. When a payment completion signal of the payment management server is received, the guarantee authentication transaction confirmation server provides the authentication number of the resold software to the repurchaser.
