The present invention relates to an OTG USB memory device and, more specifically, to an OTG USB memory device capable of comprising: a first port terminal unit, a second port terminal unit, and a portable device connection terminal unit into a USB case. The present invention relates to the OTG USB memory device capable of exposing the first port terminal unit to the outside of the USB case; connecting the first port terminal unit and a PC port terminal unit formed in a PC USB port; and storing a PC data in a memory. The OTG USB memory device moves the first port terminal unit inside the USB case; connects the first port terminal and the second port terminal unit; offers the data stored in the memory to the portable device connection terminal unit; and offers the data to a portable terminal connected to the portable device connection terminal unit. |
