Provided is a bonding portion of an insulation ring of a sodium sulfur battery. According to the present invention, in a bonding portion of an insulation ring of a sodium sulfur battery which bonds a cathode bonding material and an insulation ring which is glass-boned to an opening part of a solid electrolyte tube, an insert material is inserted between the inside of the insulation ring and the outside of the cathode boding material. The insert material is bonded to the insulation ring while being inserted into the insulation ring due to thermal expansion caused by the heating of the cathode bonding material.
