The present invention relates to a static-pressure metering pump. Provided is a pump which has a hollow inner portion and allows fluid to flow in one direction only. When pressurizing force is applied to the pump, positive pressure is generated as the internal volume of the pump is reduced. When the pressurizing force is removed, negative pressure is generated as the internal volume of the pump is increased by the elastic restoring force of the pump. The present invention has an effect of enhancing the operability and accuracy of the pump. |
