The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for managing laundry which can prevent user dissatisfaction by accurately managing laundry. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the method for managing laundry comprises: a laundry receipt step of inputting washing information of laundry through a washing terminal when the user′s laundry is received; a laundry inspection step of inputting abnormality information of the corresponding laundry through the washing terminal when abnormality is checked by inspecting whether the laundry received in the laundry receipt step is abnormal; an abnormal laundry informing step of transmitting the abnormality information of the laundry to the user of the corresponding laundry through a user terminal by a management server which checked the abnormality information of the laundry included in the abnormality information; an abnormality laundry checking step of acknowledging abnormality through the user terminal by the user who checked the abnormality of the laundry through the user terminal in the abnormal laundry informing step; a washing performing step of informing washing performance by transmitting a corresponding acknowledgement to the washing terminal by the management server which received the abnormality acknowledgement of the user in the abnormal laundry checking step; and a washing completion guide step of inputting washing completion to the washing information through the washing terminal after washing is completed and transmitting the washing completion through the user terminal by the management server which checked the input.
