The present invention relates to a method for producing a ginseng composition and to a ginseng composition produced using the same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: producing an extract by pulverizing pomegranates and macerating the pomegranates in ethanol; producing a pomegranate concentrate by concentrating the extract; and mixing 0.1-100 parts by weight of the pomegranate concentrate based on 100 parts by weight of a ginseng extract. The present invention relates to a method for producing a ginseng composition and to a ginseng composition produced using the same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: producing an extract by pulverizing pomegranates and macerating the pomegranates in ethanol; producing a pomegranate concentrate by concentrating the extract; producing a ginseng inclusion complex by reacting a ginseng concentrate or powder with β-cyclodextrin at a ratio of 1:2.5-3.5; and mixing 0.1-100 parts by weight of the pomegranate concentrate based on 100 parts by weight of the ginseng inclusion complex.
