PURPOSE: A bearing support device for a fuel pump is provided to prevent abrasion due to the direct contact with the inner surface of a pump housing when a needle bearing is rotated by a cam shaft by pressing multiple pins into the pump housing. CONSTITUTION: A bearing support device for a fuel pump comprises a needle bearing(12) and multiple pins(13). The needle bearing is inserted into the outer circumference of the cam shaft and supports the cam shaft to be rotated. The needle bearing is supported by the multiple pins. The needle bearing is inserted into the mounting hole formed in the fuel pump housing. The multiple pins are inserted into the mounting hole at fixed intervals. |
