The present invention relates to a method for screening a regulator of biofilm formulation and, more specifically, to a method for quickly and accurately screening a large amount of regulators of biofilm formulation under a condition for forming a biofilm of Xanthomonasoryzae which causes bacterial leaf blight of rice. The method for screening the regulator of biofilm formulation has superior accuracy, simplicity, and speed compared to an existing method, thereby quickly and accurately screening a large amount of regulator candidates of biofilm formulation.
