The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cellulose acylate laminated film with improved qualities such as release properties, phase difference expression, and durability and also optical characteristics by adopting cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) on a skin layer of two or three-layered structure of cellulose acylate laminated film; and to a manufacturing method thereof.
