Disclosed are a belt mask for manufacturing an organic light emitting device and an apparatus and a method for depositing an organic material using the same, capable of preventing sagging of a mask and simply transferring the mask. The belt mask for manufacturing the organic light emitting device according to the present invention includes a belt which is rotated by a pair of pulleys and is transferred between a source unit to supply the organic material and a substrate, a pattern which selectively passes the deposition material through the belt and deposits the organic material on the substrate, and an alignment mark which is formed on the belt to align the pattern on the substrate. |
