Disclosed are a rotation device for wind power generation and a wind power plant using the same. The wind power plant comprises a connection part which receives a gas and provides a flow passage for the gas; a hub part connected to the inside and the outside of the connection part; and a blade part which extends outwards from the rotational center line of the hub part, which provides a flow passage for a gas through the inner pipe, and which has a gas outlet at the tip end towards a direction opposed to the desired direction of propulsion. |
