According to an embodiment of the present invention, a redundancy system is capable of verifying the effectiveness of data copied from a master device to a backup device to be recorded. The master device includes a first memory in which a first flag composed of multiple bits is recorded and a first control part generating and recording the first flag in the first memory. The backup device includes a second memory in which a second flag copied from the first flag when the first flag is recorded in the first memory and a second control part feeding the second flag recorded in the second memory back to the master device. The first control part verifies the effectiveness of data by comparing the first flag recorded in the first memory to the second flag fed from the backup device. |
