A display device according to the present invention discharges residual voltage of a display panel by using a discharge circuit if power is turned off and cuts off an inrush current which can be generated in the discharge circuit according to the on and off of the repeated power, thereby enabling the display device to prevent malfunction of the display panel due to the inrush current.
