Introduced is a humidifier of a fuel cell system including: a bipolar plate cut into an embossed form; and a humidifying membrane coupled to both upper and lower ends of the bipolar plate. The bipolar plate and the humidifying membrane form a continuous fluid space, and the bipolar plate is cut to have different widths in contact with the upper and lower ends of the humidifying membrane.
