The present invention is an apparatus for fixing an optical fiber of a light source module, which aligns and fixes the optical fiber for receiving light which is emitted from a light source attached to a substrate. The present invention comprises a sub-mount which is installed in the front side of the light source and has a groove in a direction parallel to the emission direction of the light source in order for the optical fiber to be mounted. The present invention aligns and fixes the optical fiber easily and simply by hardening an epoxy resin to fix the optical fiber to the sub-mount after injecting the epoxy resin in the groove, thereby enabling to simplify a manufacturing process of the light source module and to reduce manufacturing costs. |
