According to the present invention, a helmet includes a helmet main body, a liner, and a pad, wherein the helmet main body includes vent holes, and the liner is located inside the helmet main body and includes the vent holes and an air channel. The pad is located inside the liner and comprises an outer cover directly contacting with the inside of the liner and an inner cover formed on at least a portion of the outer cover. On the outer cover, a penetration hole is formed. The inner cover of the pad is formed in a mesh structure at least in an area where the penetration hole is formed. |
