The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode foil for a multi-layered aluminum capacitor and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing an electrode foil for a multi-layered aluminum capacitor which is capable of reducing a leakage current of an aluminum electrode foil by uniformly and densely generating an anodized film during a conversion process after uniformly generating a hydrated oxide film during a conversion preprocess by removing acid aqueous solution ion elements by immersing the aluminum electrode foil in alkaline aqueous solutions after the remaining chlorine ions are removed by immersing an etched aluminum electrode foil in acid aqueous solutions.
