PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating hypertension is provided to suppress NO generation and epoxide hydrolase, thereby preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases with safety. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains one of a compound of chemical formula 1 and a compound of chemical formula 2 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The cardiovascular diseases are hypertension or hypertensive heart diseases. A composition for suppressing epoxide hydrolase contains one of the compound of chemical formula 1 and the compound of chemical formula 2 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. Epoxy hydrolase is soluble. |
