An alternator damper pulley for a vehicle is disclosed. The alternator damper pulley for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a pulley main body on which a belt connected to an engine on the outer surface is hung; an alternator shaft inserted into the pulley main body; a spring inserted into the alternator shaft inserted into the pulley main body; a fastening unit for connection-driving the pulley main body and the spring when angular acceleration of an engine moving system is in a high speed, and for releasing the connection-driving of the pulley main body and the spring when the angular acceleration of the engine moving system is in a low speed; and an one-way bearing for connection-driving the fastening unit and the pulley main body.
