Provided is a stud welding apparatus capable of compressing a spring using a mechanical rotating force of a motor and easily operated by improving a structure to generate a spring compressive force. The stud welding apparatus comprises: a collet having a stud mounted thereon; a pressuring unit compressing the stud to a welded material by applying a welding force to the collet; and a moving unit separating the collet from the welded material. The pressuring unit includes a spring to apply compressive force of the spring to the collet. The moving unit includes: a driving motor applying rotating force; and a driving force converting unit connected to the driving motor and the spring compressed and eased with the rotating force of the driving motor.
