A laundry machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a sensing unit for sensing various inputs; an output unit for displaying an operation state; a door display unit for displaying an optical pattern; a memory for storing multiple pieces of input information corresponding to a plurality of instructions; and a control unit which, when the sensing unit senses an external input, determines whether the sensed input matches one of the multiple pieces of input information, and controls the output unit and the door display unit such that one of them is driven corresponding to the matched input information. |
