The present invention relates to a recycling material for producing ferro-nickel recycling dust generated during a process of manufacturing ferro-nickel, and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a recycling material for producing ferro-nickel includes a step of collecting dust generated during a process of manufacturing ferro-nickel; a step of preparing a mixture by mixing water and nickel into the dust; and a step of forming the mixture into a pellet shape by forming the mixture in a forming machine.
