a promoter, a cloning site or a polynucleotide encoding a foreign gene product, and a transcription terminator, all of which are operably connected to each other within the expression vector, wherein the vector comprises a polynucleotide containing nucleotides 4161 to 10134 of SEQ ID NO:2, in which two copies of human β-globulin MAR sequences are connected adjacently to each other, wherein said two copies of human β-globin matrix attachment region (MAR) are located at the 3′ terminal of the transcription terminator. |
