Provided are a method for measuring electrical energy saving quantity and an energy management system using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an energy management method is to control energy usage in an appliance in which electrical energy is used and to provide the information on electrical energy saving quantity by calculating the electrical energy saving quantity through the control. Therefore, the energy management system will result in energy savings.
