Introduced is an apparatus for heating a fuel cell having a heating unit elongated toward a direction in which bipolar plates are laminated, while having the top and bottom ends attached to an air induction side on the laminated bipolar plates. A joining band is additionally included to the apparatus for heating a fuel cell to surround the laminated bipolar plates to join the bipolar plates and maintain the laminated status, at the same time surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the heating unit. The end portion which is in contact with the bipolar plates of the heating unit is coated by an insulating material. |
