The present invention provides an apparatus (1) for washing and sterilizing agricultural products using microbubbles, capable of cleanly removing agricultural chemicals or all sorts of foreign materials sticking on various agricultural products by using microbubbles. The present invention comprises a washing bath (2), a filtering bath (3), and an apparatus part (4). An upper portion of the washing bath (2) is opened so that washing water is stored and thus various agricultural products are immersed in the washing water. A porous plate (21) is fixed at a lower part of an inside of the washing bath (2), and a hoper (22) is formed below the porous plate (21) to be integral with the washing bath (2). The filtering bath (3) communicates with the washing bath (2) through several filtration holes (6) formed in one side of the washing bath (2). The apparatus (4) is pipe-connected to one side of the filtering bath (3), and generates microbubbles to supply the microbubbles and a sterilizer to the washing bath (2) when the washing water filtered in the filtering bath (3) is circulated to the washing bath (2). The present invention can cleanly wash every hole and corner on the surfaces of the agricultural products by using microbubbles; can wash the agricultural products while turning the agricultural products despite a large amount of agricultural products, thereby generally exhibiting excellent washing efficiency; can simultaneously perform washing and sterilizing in one apparatus; and can prevent the agricultural products from being scratched or festering, thereby improving marketability of the agricultural products. |
