1. An apparatus for transmitting a frame using one physical layer in a vehicle communication system, the apparatus comprising:
a control channel processor that processes and outputs a generic frame using a control channel; a service channel processor that processes and outputs a generic frame using a service channel; an emergency processor that processes and outputs an emergency frame; a channel router that identifies the type of a frame received from an upper layer, and passes the received frame to one of the control channel processor, the service channel processor, and the emergency processor; a channel output unit that selects and outputs one of the frames output from the control channel processor and the service channel processor; and a non-priority scheduler that selects either the emergency frame output from the emergency processor or the generic frame output from the channel output unit, and gives a transmission opportunity to the selected frame, wherein the non-priority scheduler gives the transmission opportunity preferentially to the emergency frame, wherein the control channel processor and the service channel processor each divide the generic frame into a plurality of access categories with different priorities, and processes the generic frame for each access category in a contention-based EDCA (Enhanced Distributed Channel Access) scheme and outputs the frame to the channel output unit. |
