The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for planning manpower of a marine construction. According to the present invention, the method for planning the manpower of the marine construction comprises the steps of: establishing performance data regarding the input of the manpower according to a type of the marine construction, based on existing construction performances; setting the amount of work according to the type and the work amount of a new marine construction; and planning the manpower of the new marine construction, based on the existing performance data corresponding to the set type. The method and the apparatus for planning the manpower of the marine construction are capable of enabling users to efficiently construct a manpower plan of the new marine construction by using the existing construction performances, thereby achieving a successful construction. |
