<p>The present invention relates to a marker for predicting a response to an anti-cancer drug and survival prognosis of a patient with a lung cancer by using gene polymorphism, and the use of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for predicting the prognosis of lung cancer survival by checking a base of a specific single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) having a significant correlation with a response to an anti-cancer drug and the survival prognosis of a patient with lung cancer; a composition for predicting a response to an anti-cancer drug and the survival prognosis comprising a polynucleotide, a polypeptide, or a cDNA of the same; and a microarray and a kit comprising the same.</p> |
