The present invention relates to an opening/closing apparatus of an OLED deposition equipment. The opening/closing apparatus of the OLED deposition equipment according to the present invention comprises: a chamber assembly in which an opening is formed; a door which has a handle in the upper side and is installed on one side of the chamber assembly in a hinged door type to open and close the opening; a gas spring in which one side is installed in the chamber assembly and the other side is installed to the door to apply extendibility in the direction in which the door is opened; and a weight balance which is disposed on one side of the door and seals the opening by the door by increasing the weight of the door. |
