A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: a polycarbonate resin (A); and (meta)acrylic copolymers in which a monomer mixture including monofunctional unsaturated monomers and (meta)acrylic monomers are polymerized. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent flame retardancy, transparency, heat resistance and scratch resistance and is environmentally friendly. In chemical formula 1, R_1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. R_2 is a substituted or nonsubstituted hydrocarbon group of C1-C20. R_3 and R_4 are a substituted or nonsubstituted cyclic hydrocarbon group of C6-C20, respectively. m is an integer of 1-20. And n is an integer of 0-5.
