The present invention provides a method of calculating a shear wave displacement, a method of calculating a mechanical parameter of a subject by using a shear wave, and a system including the same. The method of calculating a shear wave displacement includes inducing a shear wave to a subject; acquiring a plurality of wave frames of the shear wave from an echo signal of a received ultrasonic wave received from the subject; determining one of the wave frames as a reference frame; and calculating a shear wave displacement by comparing the wave frames with the reference frame.
