The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cable protection and guide device capable of preventing the abrasion of the skin of a cable or the like and capable of stopping an articulated link by high position accuracy. The cable protection and guide device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention has the articulated link (100A) having: a link member (100); and a pair of holding members (120) mounted on the link member (100) and holding the cable or the like (C). According to the present invention, an articulated link bending internal holding member (120A) integrally has an internal base body part (121A) and an internal holding part (122A), and an articulated link bending external holding member (120B) integrally has an external base body part (121B) and an external holding part (122B) which holds the cable or the like (C) by acting along with the internal holding part (122A). |
