The present invention relates to an unmanned Triple Play Service (TPS) terminal diagnostic system. The unmanned TPS terminal diagnostic system according to an embodiment of the present invention can automatically diagnose a failure of a TPS terminal which respectively provides an internet service, an internet telephone service, and an internet protocol television (IPTV) service. The unmanned TPS terminal diagnostic system which automatically diagnoses a failure of a TPS terminal according to the present invention includes: a storage unit; a modem diagnosis unit, a voice-over internet protocol (VoIP) terminal diagnosis unit; and set-top box diagnosis unit. |
